A day of rest, restoration, self-care, and nourishment.

Join us for a deeply nourishing day retreat devoted to slowing down and replenishing your energy. Through yoga, breathwork, herbal wisdom, and whole-food nourishment, we will explore holistic tools to regulate your nervous system, nourish your mind and body, and restore your energy.

What’s included:

Yoga:  Incorporating gentle movement, yin, breathwork and yoga nidra

Herbal Tea Blending Workshop with Maddie: A herbal tea ceremony grounded in the principles of naturopathy. You’ll explore traditional herbal remedies to support the nervous system and immune system – key pillars for building resilience and vitality. Maddie will guide you through the healing properties of each herb before leading a hands-on tea blending session, where you’ll create your own herbal tea blend to take home and continue your self-care ritual.

Nutrition Workshop:  Learn how to restore your vitality and nourish yourself through whole-food nutrition. Exploring the role of stress, under-eating and nutrient deficiencies in fatigue, low mood, hormonal changes and poor digestion.

Take-home resources: Recipes, workshop notes, journaling prompts, and self-care tools.

Lunch, Snacks & Tea provided.

Heidi is a Holistic Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher who specialises in whole-food nutrition, gut health, and nervous system regulation. Her approach is rooted in the philosophy of food as medicine and integrates mindset, movement, rest, and evidence-based practices to support overall health and wellbeing.

About Maddie Lyons
Maddie Lyons is a naturopath and herbalist based in Sydney. Maddie's work is centred around herbal medicine, food as medicine, and lifestyle modifications to restore health and wellbeing. Maddie is passionate about the power of natural medicines and taking the gentle approach to treating ailments.
