My Telehealth consultations are conducted online through Telehealth, using secure video conferencing or other digital communication platforms. By engaging with my services, you acknowledge and consent to the use of Telehealth for your consultations. 

2. Client Responsibilities: 

2.1 Accurate Information: 

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, symptoms, and any relevant health-related details. This information is vital for my naturopathic assessment and the development of appropriate treatment plans. 

2.2 Compliance: 

You agree to comply with recommendations and treatment plans provided following consultation. It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes to your health status or medications during the course of your treatment. 

2.3 Telehealth Consultation Environment: 

You are responsible for creating a suitable environment for Telehealth consultations, ensuring privacy, adequate lighting, and a stable internet connection. Technical issues or interruptions during the consultation are beyond my control. 

3. Consultation Fees and Payment: 

3.1 Consultation Fees: 

Consultation fees for my naturopathy services are outlined on my booking page or provided to you upon enquiry. These fees are subject to change at any time and it is your responsibility to review these fees periodically. 

3.2 Payment Terms: 

Payment for consultations is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon. I accept payment through approved methods such as credit/debit cards.

3.3 Cancellation Fees:

Cancellation fees may apply, outlined in my Cancellation Policy.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy:

5.1 Professional Advice: 

My naturopathic consultations provide general health advice and recommendations based on your individual circumstances. While I strive to provide accurate and reliable information, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. My advice does not replace medical care. 

5.2 Exclusion of Liability: 

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Maddie Lyons Naturopathy and its representatives disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of its services or reliance on the information provided, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or personal injury.
