Designed for couples who are trying to conceive in the next 3-6 months. Preconception care is recommended from at least 3 months prior to conception to ensure optimal health of eggs and sperm. This package includes an initial consultation and 3 months worth of check-ins so I can fully support you both.

Infants and children experience a vast array of health presentations as they grow and develop. This package includes an initial consultation and check-ins to support both you and child.
This package provides parents with peace of mind and ongoing naturopathic support for their child’s health and development. We will work together to uncover the underlying causes while also having space for acute support when needed.

FAQs
Do you offer in-person or online consultations?
Both! I offer consultations online via Telehealth (Australia wide) and in-person from two locations: Apotheca in Surry Hills, Sydney and The Village Collective in Ettalong Beach, Central Coast. All packages can be completed fully in-person, fully online, or a mix.
Are herbs, supplements, and functional testing included in the packages?
No, your package fee covers consultations and ongoing support only. Herbs, supplements, and functional testing are prescribed individually and are an additional cost. All package clients receive 20% off prescribed herbs and supplements.
What is the expiry period for each package?
Each package has a set timeframe to ensure continuity of care:
Fertility: 3 months from your initial consultation
Maternal: 9 months from your initial consultation
Paediatric: 6 months from your initial consultation
Any unused sessions expire at the end of this timeframe.
How does support between consultations work?
Each package includes support between appointments via email for brief questions or updates, as well as short phone check-ins if something arises. This means you’re supported consistently, not just during formal consultation hours.
Can I pay in instalments?
Currently all packages are paid in full upon booking your initial consultation. This ensures your commitment to the process and allows me to schedule all consultations within the timeframe.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a consultation?
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiting that session.
Can packages be purchased as a gift?
